By booking or using our services, you agree to our terms and conditions. Prices, services, and promotions may change without notice, and all bookings are subject to therapist availability. We reserve the right to refuse service for health, safety, or professional reasons. Clients are responsible for arriving on time, providing accurate health information, following aftercare instructions, and treating staff with courtesy and respect.
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time, and full payment will still apply. During busy periods or for longer treatments, a deposit may be required.We operate a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 50% fee. No-show appointments are charged at 100%. Same-day bookings cannot be cancelled, refunded, or rescheduled once confirmed. If you are unwell, please inform us and reschedule your appointment. We may refuse service if you appear to have symptoms of illness that pose a risk to others.Refunds are not provided for completed treatments or for change of mind. Prepaid massage packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with written approval. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.Your health and safety are extremely important. To ensure safe treatment, clients must disclose relevant conditions such as allergies, pregnancy, injuries, chronic pain, recent surgeries, or any medical concerns. We may refuse or modify treatment if necessary for your wellbeing.
We will not provide services to anyone who appears intoxicated, unwell, or whose behaviour is inappropriate. We follow strict hygiene standards, including sanitising treatment rooms between clients and using fresh linens for every appointment.We maintain a strictly professional therapeutic environment. Any form of inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, full payment of the appointment, and possible permanent banning from future services. Serious misconduct may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Gift vouchers purchased from Remedial Thai Massage by Tina are valid for three years from the date of purchase. They must be presented at the time of appointment, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
